Machine description:

Air is removed from inside the container by an adjustable, liquid-ring high-vacuum suction pump resulting in a fast, homogenous filling.

• Stainless steel structure
• Stainless steel hopper with automatic product feeding system by a pneumatic valve controlled by level probes
• Filling valves with suitable dimensions to ease air outlet
• Independent vacuum generating system installed on its structure, consisting of a vacuum pump, a product recovery pump and a stainless steel tank
• Safety guards with micro switch to stop the machine when a door opens
• Conveyor belt motorized by gear motor controlled by frequency converter.
• Stainless steel electric control box with frequency converter and PLC
• Control panel
