Machine description:
Cabinplant supplies complete solutions for pressing lids/caps on cups/containers by pressing from one side. Remaining air in the cup/container is pressed out by means of a separately operated air cylinder placed in the middle of a number of pressing rollers, thus ensuring that air is pressed out of the cup/container, before the lid/cap closes the packing totally. By this a little vacuum is created in the cup, which keeps the lid down after closing. The pressing rollers are height-adjustable for different cup/container sizes/heights.
Operation system: Pressing plate and pressing roller with pneumatic cylinder drive
Capacity: up to 40 pcs/ min. for 1 lane
