Machine description:
Magnetic cap feeder mod. GG700 is installed on the capping machine. It suitable for the automatic feeding of caps to the capping machines.
The machine consists of:
- Stainless steel feed hopper with capacity 2500 Ø 38mm RTO caps
- Standard cap selector ejecting the overturned caps and returning them to the hopper
- Stainless steel chute adjustable for caps with diameters ranging from 27 to 89 mm
- Sensor controlling the machine start/stop if caps be missing
- Arm support made of treated aluminum
- Motor speed variator
Capacity: up to 100 caps/minute (6,000 caps/hour referred to RTO caps ø 38 mm).
